Stella’s doesn’t play with their food.
Built on a genuine love for the craft and a commitment to high-quality, traceable, no-nonsense butchery, they’ve been serving their community with skill and pride. But outside of social media, their story had nowhere to live.
They needed a home online – a space to share their ethos, their process, and their products – backed by photography that could do justice to such a visceral, hands-on craft.
We provided art direction that emphasised texture, colour, and realness as much as possible. The butcher as the sculptor, the carcass as the sculpture.
The people of Stella's are as instrumental to the magic as their skills are, and capturing candid moments of the staff as they worked added a real, human dimension to the story, lending credence to owner Sal's words;
"We are nothing without our people."
